Establish permission to alter the property

Gather the required building information

Wait for the actual decision
An assessment, submitted quote or plan discussion is not a promise that work is funded. Confirm written approval, the permitted scope and the payment arrangement with the relevant parties before commitments are made.
Check the contracting provider
