Do I need an occupational therapist?
That depends on the person, scope and funding pathway. An OT considers functional needs; a building assessment considers construction. Some projects need both.
Can you confirm funding from my enquiry?
No. NDIS, Support at Home and insurers make their own decisions. The relevant provider and approval arrangements must be confirmed before funded work is agreed.
Are the images completed projects?
No. The current images are design inspiration or illustrative lifestyle photography. They are not presented as completed client work or certified accessible layouts.
How do I get a price for my home?
Start with the address, proposed changes, timeframe and any relevant professional scope. The price depends on an assessment of the actual property and confirmed work.
Are you an NDIS registered provider?
This website does not claim NDIS registration. Confirm the actual contracting provider and any required registration or eligibility before agreeing to funded construction.
Do you offer disability accommodation or SDA vacancies?
No. This is a home modification enquiry service, not an accommodation directory or personal care service.
Are assessments free?
No free assessment offer is made on this website. Any assessment arrangements, provider and costs should be confirmed before an appointment is agreed.
Can family members make an enquiry?
Yes, with the homeowner's permission. The person using the home should remain involved in the planning and decisions.
Can you guarantee completion before hospital discharge?
No. Timing depends on the assessed scope, approvals, products and contractor availability. Discuss immediate needs and interim arrangements with the treating team.
Do you cover Tweed Heads?
The service area includes Tweed Heads, Tweed Heads South and Banora Point. The applicable NSW contracting, licensing and approval arrangements must be confirmed for the actual project.
What should I send in the first enquiry?
